Obituary of Douglas Hill

HILL, Douglas At Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, January 16, 2008, of Stoney Creek, in his 65th year. Will be lovingly remembered by his wife Irene (Green), his children Iain (Karen) and Kathleen, his delightful granddaughter Emma, his brother Norman (Pat) of St. Mary's and his sisters Betty (Nobby) of Australia, Sheila of Guelph, Jessie (Pete) of England and Joyce (Gordon) of Regina. Predeceased by his brothers Arthur (Ina), David and Angus. Also will be sadly missed by Millicent (Stuart) of Scotland and Richard (Shirley) of Nova Scotia together with many nieces and nephews. Many thanks to the staff at the Joseph Brant Cancer Clinic and the nurses on 4 East. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, January 19 at 10 a.m. Interment Mountview Gardens.
