Kia and Rob. My thoughts and prayers are with you both in this difficult time. All of you always made me feel so welcome whenever I would come to the house. The nights sitting around eating Red Rocket wings will be in my memories forever. You have always been and always will be extended family to me and I share in your grief at Bev's passing.
Love to you both,
Graeme

I have so many fond memories of going to Bev and Rob’s house. They always made me feel so welcome and their home was so inviting. I’ll miss Bev’s warmth and kindness; traits that live on in Kia. Sending all of my thoughts and prayers to the family during this difficult time.

Bev was my best friend for 60 years. We met as candystripers. Beverly showed great caring and compassion for the patients, a trait she carried throughout her life. Our homes were far apart in recent years, but I always knew she was my rock, only a phone call away . I will miss the 3 hour lunches with my dear friend. Bev will always be a part of me
Love from Elizabeth

Rob and Kia and Family..
Bev was so much fun to talk to and be around. Bob and I would get together with Bev and Rob for so many BBQ's and meals at each other's homes or on their deck, or our patio. We would talk for so long into the night, and didn't realize where the time had gone, but we all loved it!
Bev and I would visit for hours, on nice sunny days, by their pool, laughing and enjoys each others company.
Bev and Rob are like family to us. Bev was one in a Million! She will always be in Our Hearts FOREVER!!
Much Love to Rob and Kia and the Family xoxo

Well, my friend, time can be so cruel. We need more time for millions more laughs that we shared over the years. Time for more of your gourmet cooking and your ability to set a table fit for a king and queen. Lunches together five days a week for 20 years. The time we went out in a blizzard to see Stuart Little and being the only ones there. I will miss you and love you forever.

Dear Rob, Kia, Charles, Glenda, Sandi and Donna. Bev has been part of my life for over 60 years. We did not have to to see one another to know how we felt. Bev was funny, strong, stubborn and loving. Maybe that came from growing up with all those sisters! I’m remembering visits to the house on Lorne Avenue, meeting Rob for the first time one Christmas and celebrating the birth of Kia with a phone call when I was teaching at Memorial School. School days at Adelaide Hoodless, typing class at Central Secondary School, gifts of recipes and potholders from the time she lived in Missouri. The love Bev had was immense and she wasn’t afraid to show it! Her laugh is unforgettable! I’m sorry that I never returned her copy of The Thorn Birds but it will always be a reminder of her generosity, love of books and friendship. We will be there for you at anytime if you need us. You are in our hearts. Love from Sharon, John, Anastasia and Alexandra.

Sending sincere condolences to Sandy Luey and her two sisters whom I have not yet met. Sincerest sympathy to Beverley’s family and husband. To greave is to have loved. Even though I did not know Bev, her obituary rings true of her sister Sandy, whom is my very dear friend. Such wonderful, supportive and caring person. She will always be near you.

I don't think there is enough space here for me to tell you all how much Bev meant to me when we were growing up.
She was my best friend in Sunday school. We were always together. I'm sure the sisters will remember me when they see my name. We were in the same Sunday school class throughout our growing up years from Mrs. Partridge's class to Miss Misner to Mrs. Martindale and Keith Anderson. There were many other teachers whose names escape me right now, Oh yes, a couple more are Ruth and Mary Haverstock. We went to CGIT together. She was there for whether I was laughing or crying.
SHE WAS MY ROCK !
The very best thing though, was when she agreed to be a bridesmaid for my first wedding. Over the years we lost touch with each other but every time I pulled out my wedding pictures and was asked who the girl in the yellow dress was, I always said, that was my best friend Bev. Luey. I was so proud to have her as a friend.
I probably met her husband and daughter at your mom's funeral but other than being introduced. I didn't really know them and I feel sad about that. All the family have my sincerest condolences. I wish there was a gathering so I could see you all. one more time.
Sincerely, Jeannine Pissey ( Rondeau)

Dear Rob and Kia, I am so very sorry for your loss and offer my condolences and support.
Beverley will always be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and compassion. She always considered other people first.
I'll forever treasure our time together, the great conversations, especially talking about the different word games she liked to play. Beverley was so easy to talk with and was an amazing woman who touched the lives of so many. She surely touched mine. I shall miss her greatly.

Dear Rob, Kia and Charles, Jay and I were so sad to hear of Bev’s passing. She was always so kind, thoughtful and lighthearted. I loved walking into work each day knowing I had amazing women to share my days with, no surprise they were mother and daughter. Bev brought so much joy to this life. Her light continues to shine through the many lives she touched, including mine. Rob, Kia and Charles, I hope you always take comfort in your lifetime of memories and are able to find peace, and even a little laughter, in all this life offers. Love you always xo

My sincere condolences to you, Kia and Rob on the death of your Mom and Wife.
I remember Bev, as always being fun, efficient, and so “easy” and accommodating, the many, many times I would need her help, during our days in the Orthopedic world.

Robert & Kia (Charles), it is a sad occasion for Bev’s passing. But it brought back so much memory as a budding surgeon when Bev was helping me to establish my practice. The best thing is all the patients loved her. That speaks volumes of who she is. RIP
