Obituary of Henny Vanderzwaag

It is with great sadness, grief and sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Oma and mother, Henny, in her 91st year. Grandmother to Angela, Brian, Vince, Nick and Kristian. Great-Grandmother to Chloe, Nevaeh and Dante. Pre-deceased by daughter Carolyn. Loving mother to son Ken.

She will be sadly missed by the congregation and UCW at Laidlaw United church. A special thanks to the compassionate and caring staff at Grandview Retirement Home, VON and Bayshore nurses who provided quality care to keep Henny comfortable in her late stages. And a very special thank you to Wilma, who always lifted her spirits and made her laugh.

Funeral arrangements trusted to Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, Ontario. Visitation on Monday, November 27 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., with Service starting at 3 p.m. Interment to follow on Tuesday, November 28 at 3:00 p.m. at Mountview Gardens Cemetery.
