On behalf of my sisters Edith and Margaret (Utter) I extend our deepest condolences to the Koudys family on the passing of John. We lived on the Bridgman farm when the Koudys family came to live on the Puddicombe farm. Our friendship has lasted over the years. John lives on in his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Dear Kathy, Jimmy and Patty
We were saddened to hear of your dad’s passing. Although we have not seen him for a very long time, we have very fond and fun memories of him during the 70’s and 80’s. The men’s card club, softball, camping and barbecues.
We hope that your happy memories of your dad will bring a smile to your face and peace to your heart.
Our condolences to you all
Sincerely
Ron and Dale Harber

I’d like to send my condolences to the family. My fondest memories of John were when he hosted the Koudys Christmas parties in his basement. Everyone looked forward to those times. He shared his love of stamps with his nieces and nephews, made sure everyone was having a great time, and always had many stories to tell. ❤️

I grew up with the Koudys family in Winona, played fastball with John for many years, John did carpentry work for my Dad and was a very giving and loving man. My wife Judy and i will always remember John and Jane for their smiles and cheerful attitude.
We moved to Kitchener recently and unfortunately will not be able to attend the funeral, to all his family we send our deepest sympathies.
Saying hello to Bill, Martin, Pete, Jimmy and families.
Warm regards,
Paul and Judy Young

I remember so many fun races and games organized by John and the Koudys families at Men’s Club Camping trips in June in the 70’s. John was the hard working jokster scooping ice cream and peaches at the Peach Festival Booth. Great memories of a caring man… our condolences to the Koudys and Coker families. Uncle John had a strong sense of family, and often said that a close family was one of the most important things in life. He actively kept in close touch with his brothers and sisters throughout his life, and hosted the Koudys family Christmas party every year. This photo is from the 1978 Christmas party, and shows John (second from right of those sitting on chairs) beside his father and surrounded by all his brothers and sisters.
