Obituary of Dorothy Dent

Peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital with her loving family by her side on  Thursday, February 3, 2022 at the age of 97.  Beloved wife of the late Douglas (1987).  Devoted and loving mother of David and his wife Margaret.  Cherished and adored Grandma of Danielle and Christopher.  Dorothy will be missed by her family, nieces, nephews, and friends.  Our family would like to thank Lori Murphy for her support, care, love, and compassion on this difficult journey.   Dorothy was a proud member of the Stoney Creek United Church for over 50 years and prior to that a member of Livingston United Church.  She was also a Red Cross volunteer for over 25 years. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. which will be livestreamed to the Donald V.
