Obituary of Norma Ridge

Peacefully, at Heritage Green Nursing Home, on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of Blair for 49 years. Cherished mother of Kevin and his wife Karen, Scott and his wife Theresa. Predeceased by her grandson TJ DuHamel. Will be greatly missed by her 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Anita Parkhouse, Rev. Stanley Parkhouse (late Jean), the late Reg Parkhouse (late Elsie). Norma was a proud teacher with the Hamilton Wentworth District Schoolboard for many years. She had a love for music and enjoyed being the church organist.  Friends will be received at the Peoples Church, 510 Mohawk Rd. W., Hamilton on Friday, February 4, 2022 from 11 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 12 p.m. Please visit the Funeral Home website or call 905-662-2948 to register your attendance for Visitation and Funeral Service. Due to limited space availability, visitors will be accepted by scheduled appointment only. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
