Obituary of Arlene Carolyn McDougall

McDOUGALL, Arlene Carolyn (nee Shuh)

It is with profound sadness that we announce the loss of our rock, an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital with her loved ones by her side.  Predeceased by her beloved husband Smith in 2006, loving daughter-in-law Maryanne in 2008 and cherished son Paul earlier this year. Dear mother of Charlotte (John Rekrut), Mark, and Carolyn (Paul Rippington), and loving grandma to Sarah, Laura (Brian Vale), Brendan, Bradley, Scott and Shannon.  Will be missed by her four great-grandsons Smith, Adam, Griffin and Luke.  Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 1-4 p.m.  Cremation to follow. A Private Burial Service will be held at a later date.  As per Arlene’s wishes, remember her by doing something kind for someone else.
