We would like to send our deepest and sincerest condolences to the entire Crick family. We had the pleasure of becoming neighbors to these beautiful people 7 years ago and sheerly enjoyed every chance we had chatting and catching up on fine days when Findlay was out and about. I will never forget the day he came across in a snowstorm to chat with my husband and congratulate us on our marriage. He had beautiful words and wisdom to share. With 63 years of marriage, I am sure he knew what he was talking about; it's our hope that we can take those words and wisdom he left with us and carry it throughout our lives and in our marriage. May you rest in eternal peace behind the glorious gates of Heaven and may you watch over your family and friends and guide them on the path of peace. When we heard the news we thought "Fiddlesticks" ... and smiled thinking of the kind man we all knew as "Mr. Crick". A kinder neighbour would have been hard to find. Nothing ever rattled Findlay it seemed, in spite of the rowdy neighbours & knick knockers (never our family, NEVER). And always a smile right from the heart. Our deepest condolences and are with you all, Debi, Denise & Jean and, of course, all of your family. With love, Helen, Lynn, Gail, Dave and our respective families.

When I married their daughter I thanked both Findlay and Jean for giving me such a great woman, I always enjoyed all the visits I could make, they welcomed me into their family and always made me welcome in their home, I will miss him, always wished I lived closer so I could have spent more time.
