Obituary of William Earl Skirrow

SKIRROW, William Earl

It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of William Earl Skirrow December 30, 1935 - April 15, 2018 after a brief illness. Beloved husband of Heidi, predeceased by wife Doris Skirrow. Loving father of Geoffrey (Christine) and Scott (Lois). Fondly remembered by grandchildren Kathryn (Steve), Jessica, Alexis and Noah. Earl will be lovingly remembered by Heidi’s daughter, Janine (Dennes) and step-grandchildren Mary Grace and Elizabeth.  Earl was an active member of Elliott Heights Baptist Church, Stoney Creek Alliance Church, Paramount Drive Alliance Church and most recently Centennial Park Baptist Church. Earl drove a truck for British American Oil, Gulf Oil and Petro-Canada out of the Clarkson depot.  Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held at Centennial Park Baptist Church, 11 Kennedy Rd., Grimsby on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 10 a.m.  Interment will follow at Culver-Collver Cemetery, Waterford, ON.  In lieu of flowers, donations to McNally House Hospice would be appreciated by the family.  Notes of sympathy and condolence may be made at www.donaldvbrown.ca
