Mrs. McLeod: You lit up our lives as kids with your sweet smile and pleasant demeanor. I can still hear the sound of the gate slamming between our house and yours as we ran through it several times each day to play. Our pleasant days at the pool and Mr. McLeod so patiently teaching us to water ski. The trampoline and the sizzling hot days of summer are precious memories of how our family lives intertwined. You will be missed by all who knew you. My condolences to all the family. Love Debbie

Dorothy, The first time I met you, you made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. And every time after that, for the next 27 years, nothing had changed. It didn't take me long however, to realize you had that same affect on everyone. Every Christmas, wedding, church dinner, or a gathering just because, I witnessed your grace, beauty and warmth surround your family with love. You moved around at gatherings, giving a moment to each person in attendance. My moment always involved an inside joke or two. You were true royalty! Exactly how I imagined a queen would be! I feel blessed for being a small part of your life, and your family. You raised 5 beautiful daughters who follow in your footsteps, and to me, your eldest daughter Bobbie, my mother in law, exhibits all of the same qualities you possessed. I will continue to feel like the most important person in the world through her. ! Dave has been waiting with some peanuts and a drink for you! Love, dance and travel together as you did in life!

Carole, we are saddened by the news of losing your beloved Mom and of course Sherri's Grandma. In this time of loss, it lets us take a walk down memory lane and in doing so it helps in the healing. We have enjoyed all the stories about the party girl and her life is one to live by. Our favourite poem by an unknown author, we hope you will cherish.
