Very sorry to hear of Ralph's passing. My condolences to his family. Ralph was a fishing buddy in Bisco, we spent many days together fishing, talking, and laughing. He had a keen sense of humour. He was one of the nicest men I ever had the pleasure of meeting. A true gentleman.

Our families spent so much time together, all great memories. The laughter our parents shared, the vacations, the get togethers, all are great memories. Ralph was such a large part of my sisters and mine lives that we feel tremendous sadness at this time. Please accept our deepest and most heartfelt condolences and know that your parents will always be in our fondest memories of a wonderful childhood spent with laughter and love.

Sorry for your loss. Mom and Dad had just tried calling Ralph this week and were concerned when they could not reach him. We really enjoyed our time with Ralph on fishing trips and visits to the cottage. He was such a gentleman and a pleasure to spend time with. He was generous and a loyal friend to many and my Dad and Mom considered him one of their closest friends. I occassionally would pop in when my travels took me to florida and visit him at the Maderia Norte (he always had a beer in the fridge and a story to tell).

We are sorry to hear of Ralph's passing, but know he lived a good, full life. My husband, daughter and I came to know Ralph when we stayed with my aunt, Shirley Stewart, at Madeira Norte for a number of years. Ralph would occasionally pay us an afternoon visit and chatted about his life in the Stoney Creek area (my husband grew up in Hamilton so they found much in common). Ralph had a wonderful sense of humour; he was quiet, easy-going and a lovely gentleman--he reminded me very much of my own father.
Ralph will be affectionately missed. Your family is fortunate to have had such a fine person in your lives.
