Obituary of Joseph H. Chrystian

CHRYSTIAN, Joseph H.

1928 – 2017

After a summer of ill health, Joe passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Hamilton General Hospital. Survived by his wife Jackie, grandson Blake and his mother Cindy, sisters Mary York, Alice Lawrence, Elsie Leach and Kay Napholc. Predeceased by his son Joe LL Chrystian, sister Elizabeth and brothers Walt and Fred. Joe was the son of the late John and Ann Chrystian. He will also be remembered by members of the Chrystian, Procyshyn and Lewis families. Joe worked hard all his life, for 30 years with the roads department and at his home and farm. He was a scrapper to the end. Many thanks to all of the staff at the Hamilton General 8 West for their excellent care. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Tapleytown United Church Hall, 413 Mud St. E., Stoney Creek on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. Notes of sympathy and condolence may be left at www.donaldvbrown.ca
