To Bob Staats Family --- My sister's and I would like to extend our sincere condolences to the Staats family. Bob was my deceased parents, Russ & Joan Anger, financial advisor for many years. My parents valued Bob's expert advice and as a result were able to enjoy the latter part of their long life financially worry free. Bob was certainly a man of integrity. The world has lost a beautiful individual.

Sending my deepest condolences to the family. I met Bob in 1976 when he assisted my husband and I with our insurance needs as we started our family (to date with Wendy). Bob was a true professsional, gentleman and friend who was loyal to his clients and their needs, which continually changed over the years.. When he retired I wished him well but knew I would miss his yearly visits, as I will miss him even more now. Blessings to the family.

We would like to express our deepest sympathy for the passing of a very fine and caring man. Bob came into our lives almost fifty years ago, when, as a young man, he called in to my parents house to offer his expertise on taking care of our insurance needs. He provided security throughout many years as my husband and I went on to provide him with three new clients..a son and two daughters! Although we only met a few family members when Bob saw us at his home, we know he was so proud of his wonderful family and friends. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you at this difficult time..he will be missed.

Please accept our deepest condolences on the passing of your dear Bob. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew him. He always had a smile, wave and a cheerful hello whenever he saw you. The neighbourhood seems so different now without the sight of Bob donning his yellow coat and cane. It is strange how his daily walks were so routine that it reminded you of being home somehow.

My deepest sympathy to you and the family at this difficult time.
We were neighbours in the Rosedale area. Wendy Gorman and I would often babysit the boys for you; I usually filled in when Wendy wasn't available. You and Mr. Staats were always sooo nice. I remember when Wendy got her driver's license at 16, you even encouraged her to take your car out for a spin on occasion!! Of course I was with her as we were pretty inseparable back then.
I saw the announcement in today's newspaper and I found myself reminiscing thereafter. Nice memories.

Dear Verda and Family:
That is not what I expected to see in today's paper.... but such is life. 79 is a beautiful age, but still too young. I liked Bob, and Maria and I have many fond memories. I hope his loss will soon be replaced by fond memories for you as well. We still live at the same place, so feel free to visit.
