Obituary of Christina "Chris" Buntin

BUNTIN, Christina (Chris) Christina (Chris) passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Friday, December 23, 2016 in her 63rd year. Beloved wife of John for 40 years. Amazing mother to Lauren Pitkeathly (Cory). Predeceased by her parents John and Pieta Altorf. Cherished Oma to Julia and Cole. Sister to John Altorf, Joan and Steve Braun, and Janie and Mike Thornley. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. A very special thank-you to the doctors, nurses, and social worker at the Juravinski Hospital. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday, December 28th 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, December 29th at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Mountview Gardens Cemetery in Stoney Creek.
