Obituary of Scott Kenyon Hawkins

HAWKINS, Scott Kenyon “Scotty” Peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 in his 58th year. Beloved husband of Jer Yann Pang “Celeste”. Dear brother of Leith Gellow and her husband Dan. Will also be sadly missed by many cousins and their families. Will also be lovingly remembered by Celeste’s parents, Yook Fui and Yuet Kuen Pang as well as her siblings, Koon Yin and Wai Kwan Pang. Scott was predeceased by his parents Harry and Helen Hawkins along with his cherished yellow lab Xena. Scotty was an employee of Dofasco with 38 years of service where he made many friends, some who became as close as brothers. Special thanks to the medical team at Juravinski Hospital for all of their compassion and care. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday, December 3rd from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, December 4th, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. Interment Fifty Cemetery, Winona.
