Obituary of Vernon Eugene Stuart

Passed away at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital on Saturday, September 6, 2014. Beloved husband of Velma (Bowslaugh) for 56 years. Cherished father of Jim and his wife Judy and their daughter Ashley, Heather and her husband Martin Bergsma and their children Philip (Amber), Zech and Corrie. Predeceased by his infant son Scott Robert, parents Charles and Annie, brothers Don and Jack (Nancy). Survived by his sisters Arlene and Fraser Goodwin, Nan and John Summerhayes, Faye Best and sister-in-law Marg Stuart. Will be missed by several nieces and nephews. Gene was a long time member of Winona Gospel Church. Cremation and a private family interment have taken place.
