Obituary of Lyle Kenneth Tweedle

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Lyle, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, on Friday, March 21, 2014, in his 75th year. Loving husband and best friend of Dora (Fleming). Loving father of Don and his wife Carrie. Cherished grandfather of Cam and Lindsay, Jon and Stacey. Loving great grandpa of Luke and Peyton and Baby-to -be. Predeceased by brothers Earl and Murray and sister Alice. Beloved brother- in- law of Jean, Barbara, Diane and Marty, Gail and Rod and Jayne. Will also be missed by several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the Dialysis Teams at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Charlton Ave. Campus and King St. Campus. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, March 26 at 11 a.m. Interment Tapleytown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Kidney Foundation or Stoney Creek Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
