Lois always knew how to put a smile on my face. My Friday afternoons were always filled with happiness when I would see her . Thank you for all your warm hugs.
Lois you brought great joy to everyone that met you and I will forever cherish that. Thank you for being such a wonderful volunteer and assisting me whenever it was needed. You passion for life and your genuine concern for us will always be appreciated. I am so happy that I had the opportunity to meet you and glad you were part of the hi ambassador team. I will never forget Mr. Friday and our TV debut. You are and always will be one of a kind.

My deepest condolences to all. As you know, my brother Ric just passed away from the same cancer. His funeral is Thursday morning and your mom's visitation is Thursday afternoon. Let's celebrate their lives together and maybe they'll walk hand in hand together to heaven. (Hope your mom likes beer).
Love, Carol

Dear Brewer Family: I wanted to pass on my heart felt condolences to you all. Lois was a very special lady who gave of herself freely and I will miss working with her very much. It was clearly evident that she loved her time here and she passed that love on to our passengers. A very special lady indeed! Thank you Lois.
