Words seem inadequate to express the sadness I feel about Jake`s passing. Although our relationship was short, his quick witty humor and stories gave me some insight into who he was before taking ill. I`m truly grateful just to have met him. A wonderful man he must have been! Phyllis as I said before, if I ever found myself in need of a caregiver, I could only pray to have someone care for me as you did Jake. As Jake`s family and visiting friends who I met during my visits are numerous, I`m sure to forget a name or two and I apologize for that now. Jack, Jean, Kim, Ryan, Jackie, Juliana, Pete(Steak man), Brenda, Selina, Brad, Ted, Dennis and of course Kahlua-girl Christina, you all made me feel appreciated, welcome and one of the family. For this I am very grateful. Remembering Jake`s words to me a short time ago, " you are quite a wordy fellow" I will stop talking and simply say that I share your grief in this time of bereavement with deepest sympathy and condolence.
