Obituary of John (Jack) Enoch Robinson

ROBINSON, John (Jack) Enoch After a long and wonderful life, Jack passed away at the Henderson Hospital, on Tuesday, September 22, 2009, in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Jean. Loving father of Bruce (Judy), Karen, Wayne (Tammy), Ross (Sandi), Dennis, Russell (Roch). Dear grandfather of Chase (Lara), Coleman (Tina), Ashlee, Joshua, Jess (Christianne), Carly (Rob), Tanner, Tyler, Jacob, Myles and great-grandfather of Hunter, Tia and Sean. Predeceased by granddaughter Chelsi. Dear brother of Edward and Tom (Sharon), sister-in-law Vivian and brother-in-law Bob White. Also predeceased by brothers James (Jean) and Joseph and sister Jean White. Jack was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 622, the Masonic Lodge, the Y.M.C.A. for 50 years, was a Naval Veteran having served in WW 2 and was a past member of the Hamilton Builders Association. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Jack’s Life will be held at Stoney Creek United Church, (Lake Ave. and King St.) on Friday, September 25th at 1 p.m. with visitation from 11:30 until service time. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Chelsi Robinson Spirit of Churchill Award, (Hamilton Wentworth District School Board, 100 Main St. W., Hamilton L8P 1H6) or the charity of your choice, would be appreciated by the family.
