Obituary of Gordon Collins Mudie

MUDIE, Gordon Collins Passed from home to Heaven on Sunday, December 30, 2012, in his 75th year. Gord, loving husband of Linda. Adored father of B.J (Kathleen) and Kristen (Phil). Brother of Bill (Pat) and Mary-Lou (Keith). Son-in- law of Beryl McFadyen. Brother-in-law of Dave (Trudy), Gord (Lynda), Debby (Luke), Bill (Claire), Mike (Linda), Jim (Selma), and Connie. Will also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Gord was a respected ball player, umpire and foster parent for 25 years (Nathan, Roy and Amanda). Special thanks to Dr. Juriansz, Janice and Otilija, Dr. Russell and staff on C3 J.C.C., especially Kelly and C.C.A.C. Nuala, Lori and Debra. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Friday, January 4 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, January 5, 2012 at 3 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Jubilee Faith Centre, Dunnville or Neighbour to Neighbour, would be appreciated by the family.
