Obituary of Roy T. Moore

MOORE, Roy T. Peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on Tuesday, May 27, 2008, in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Joan. Loved father of Suzanne Vass (Mark), Michele Thom (Graham), and stepfather of Melanie Miller and Dan Miller (Shelley). Loving grandpa of Danielle Pretto (Craig), Durham and Natasha Thom, Liam Scurfield, Chloe, Anna, Janie and Macy Miller. Dear brother of Norman of Calgary. Roy was the Owner and President of Worldways of Canada. After retiring in 1991, Roy spent many happy winters travelling in his motor home discovering Canada and the U.S. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Saturday, May 31st at 2 p.m., with visitation from 1 p.m. In Roy's memory donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Shriners Children's Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
