Obituary of Frederick Alfred McCallum

McCALLUM, Frederick Alfred Sept. 10th, 1925 – Aug. 7th, 2010 Predeceased by his wife Mae (April 24th, 1989). Dear father of Gord and Jane McCallum and much loved Grandpa to Lisa and Marc Visser. Papa will be dearly missed by great-granddaughter Quinn. Fred also left fond memories in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home,36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday August 11th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Cremation to follow. An Open House in honour of Fred will be held on Thursday August 12, 2010 from 2-4 p.m. at Famee Furlane, 3457 Hendershot Road, Binbrook. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at St. Peter’s Hospital, 3rd floor East, for their loving care. In Fred’s memory, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
