I haven't seen Joyce since we were kids going to Ballard, but in adult life I so appreciated her kindnesses and sense of humor via email. I wish I could have seen her one more time. Very special thoughts and prayers for you, her family in your grief. Joyce called me "Cry Baby" which is a nick name I just love and that's how I'll end this heartfelt message...with my love and sympathy, Cry Baby

Dear Kelly and Sandra, It was with great sadness that I came to hear of your Mother's passing over the weekend. I have had the priveledge of working with her for the past 6 months during her rehabilitation. I will miss hearing the wonderful stories of her family and in particular, her grandchildren. As health professionals it has been our role to educate our patients; but in retrospect, it is I who learned so much from your Mother. She was truly a remarkable woman. Please know that our thoughts and parayers are with you and your familes at this most difficult time.
