Obituary of John Jardine

JARDINE, John "Jack" As gently as he lived, he passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital on Monday, August 18, 2008, in his 56th year. Survived by his loving mother Colleen, brothers and sisters Jim (Elizabeth), Susan (Dave Jackson), David; nieces and nephews Mike (Lynda) and family, Mark, Karen, Erika, and James. Jack loved doing crafts, was an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan, and enjoyed bowling. Special thanks to the I.C.U. and C.C.U. nursing staff; all his friends at the Transplant Clinic and Out Patient Services at St. Joseph's Hospital. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Ave. Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. A Private family service will be held followed by cremation. In Jack's memory, donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by his family.
