Obituary of Joseph Jaksa

JAKSA, Joseph Peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on November 18, 2011 in his 81st year. Loving husband to Tilka. Cherished father to Anne and husband Gerry, John and his wife Eila and Michael. Special Grandpa to Christina and Hannah. Survived by his sisters Josephine and Francis. Predeceased by his brothers Martin and Tony. He will also be remembered by his nephew Boris. Special thanks to the wonderful and dedicated teams at The Hamilton General Hospital, Hamilton General Cardiac Heart Function Clinic, CCAC and CPI for their compassion and support. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, November 21, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers will be offered at 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Mountview Gardens Cemetery.
