Obituary of Beryl Mabel Hyslop

HYSLOP, Beryl Mabel Died peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital on Sunday, July 18, 2010. Wife of the late Murray L. Hyslop (1997). Loving aunt of Donna and the late Brian Ralph of Windsor, Bob and Mary Anne Baker of Kitchener, John and Carola Baker of Burlington, Ken and Linda Baker of Dundas and Cathi and Bill Blain of Port Dover. Daughter of the late G.W. Baker and Ethel. Daughter-in-law of the late R.L. Hyslop and Mary. Sister of the late George A.M. Baker (1971). Beryl was a long time member of The Church of Our Saviour The Redeemer, a charter member of Optimises Club, a volunteer at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Stoney Creek from 1991-2008 and a member of ACW Evening Branch of The Church of Our Saviour The Redeemer. Special thanks to Bruce and Ann Young, Liz Walker and Kathy Hart for all of the help, support and friendship they provided to Beryl, especially over the last few months. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, July 26, 2010 from 10am until the time of the Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the SPCA would be greatly appreciated by the family.
