Obituary of Irma Hull

HULL, Irma 1925-2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Irma, on July 15, 2012 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of Ludvik for 59.5 years. Will be missed by her daughter Zora and her children James, Michael and Nicholas Sayers, and her son Cyril and his wife Lorraine and their children Julian, Maxine and Evan. Irma was a great supporter of the St. Gregory The Great Slovenian Church and a long time member of the CWL. She also had great enthusiasm for helping with the rectory garden. Irma is survived by her brother Stefan and his wife Krista and their family and by her sister-in-law Gerda. Predeceased by her mother Adela and father Kalman, sisters Albina of France, Estika of Croatia, Angela of Hamilton, Iloma of Germany. Also predeceased by her brothers Edie and William of Hamilton. The family wish to thank Juravinski Cancer Centre, especially to Dr. Trus and his staff and to the doctors and staff of Juravinski Hospital, St. Joseph’s Hospital and Hamilton General Hospital. A very special thank you to Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for all of their care. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drve, Stoney Creek on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers 8pm. Funeral Service will be held at St. Gregory the Great Slovenian Catholic Church on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
