HUGHES, Delores (Detar) At West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, on Sunday, July 19, 2009, of Winona in her 87th year. Wife of the late Raymond B. Hughes. Beloved mother of David R. of Nova Scotia and Richard B. of Winona. Cremation has taken place.
