Obituary of Florence Horodecki

HORODECKI, Florence 1929-2012 Peacefully, surrounded by her family at St. Joseph’s Hospital on September 27, 2012. Beloved wife of the late William. Cherished mother to Diane, Wayne and Bill (Lorraine). Loving Baba to Tricia Taylor, Lindsey Horodecki (Brad Hardy) and Brittany Horodecki (Dan Pirrone). Survived by her sisters Dora, Victoria (Lionel) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by many brothers and sisters. Special thanks to the staff on the 7th floor – Palliative care at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Dr. Lapinsky for their compassionate care. Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday, September 30, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday October 1, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
