Obituary of Betty Winnifred Crook

Peacefully at McNally House, Grimsby, on Wednesday December 25, 2024, in her 94th year. Predeceased by her first husband Stanley. Beloved companion of William “Bill” Cartlidge for 45 years. Loving mother of Greg and his wife Susan and Randy and his wife Lori. Cherished grandmother of Kelly (Patrick) and Jessica and great grandmother of Taylor, Brock, Tyson and Ava. Will also be missed by her siblings along with many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Monday, December 30th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The Funeral Service, which will be Livestreamed on the Donald V. Brown Facebook page, will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, December 31st at 10:30 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
