Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Satellite Health Facility on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at the age of 93, Beloved wife of the late William (2018). Cherished mother of Debbi and Don Shakeshaft, Patti and Joe Sferrazza, Wendy and John McCaffrey, Bill and Susan, Robert, Susan Hadall, Dennis, Charlie and Kathy and predeceased by James. Devoted grandmother of 13 and great-grandmother of 7. Lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Jean was a longtime member of the Catholic Women’s League.

Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday, October 20th from 2-5 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, 934 Hwy 8, Stoney Creek. On TUESDAY, October 22nd at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in Mountview Gardens Cemetery, Stoney Creek.
