David, just saw this now. So sad to hear of Debbie's passing. Although we have not seen you in quite a while at Twenty Valley, we often thought about you and hoped all was well. We send our sincere condolences to you and all the family, and trust your happy memories of your times with Debbie bring you peace.
All the best from both of us.

Dear Dave and family,
I was so very shocked and saddened to hear about your dear Debbie. I was blessed to have her in my Zumba class. She was so enthusiastic about every class and never left without telling me how much fun she had or how she loved the music. Lately I was happy to play her requests, one in particular was a bachata "due vite" an Italian song by "il laboratorio del ritmo" which made her face light up! I could see her dancing so passionately to the music and I was motivated by her amazing energy. She always chose to dance in the centre of the room where I could make eye contact and catch her lovely smile of approval for every song and routine. She loved dancing and she showed up each day with such passion. She brought an absolutely energetic and positive vibe to the class. Since there was a three- week break from Zumba, her last words to me were " what am I going to do without Zumba? " and she laughed and wished me a great trip. It was overwhelmingly sad to teach my class today, the first day without her. We miss her so very much on the dance floor. She leaves a huge void in our hearts. We know she continues to dance in heaven, praying she smiles down upon us. May she continue dancing with us in spirit. May she always be dancing in heaven!
My deepest condolences and prayers, on behalf of myself and her Zumba friends.
May she Rest In Peace

I knew Debbie as the fun and compassionate neighbour of my parents. She has been incredibly kind to them and always welcomed me when I visited. I understood that the was the unofficial caretaker of the sick and elderly of Grimsby. What a great loss. May you travel well on your next journey. Condolences to her family and Dave from Lesleyann Hawthorn

Debbie, you look the same from how I remember, back in the 1980's you were the best fastball pitcher, during my short time with the Saltfleet ladies fastball league. I remember constant positivity, enthusiasm and acceptance. God Bless You Debbie

Dear Dave and Fougere Family,
We all grew up together in Winona.
We were on Glover Rd. between Highway 8 and Barton St.
My sister Gina and Debbie were always together even many days last week.
My deepest sympathy and condolence and prayers.
We all went to the Price is Right live show together in Niagara Falls Casino last Fall, as we were huge "Price is Right" fans.
May she now be in the big Showcase up above and win big with a great bid without going over!!

I did not know Debbie but I know Duane and Wayne from golf trips to Pennsylvania with Rob Wagner back in the day - I am so sorry for your loss - my wife of 47 years passed away in July at the same age and not a day goes by without a memory - a close friend of mine wrote the following at the time - Grief comes in like waves - big ones at first that come out of nowhere but as time passes they get smaller and smaller and easier to handle but in a while you will miss those stupid waves - I know that is of small consolation to you at this time ....again please accept my condolences - Peter Ingram

I am very saddened by the sudden passing of Debbie. She was always welcoming to visitors to her and Dave’s home. I will forever remember the lovely Friday afternoon Debbie, Gina and I recently spent in their beautiful backyard lounging and gabbing by the pool. My condolences to Dave and both families and friends.
