On July 26th, 2024, Clair Felix passed away at the age of 79 years after a hard and long battle with cancer. Beloved mother of Gail (Keith) and Robert (Kerry). Grandmother to Ashley (William) and Brittnay (David). She will be missed dearly by her brothers in Gatineau- Blaise, Emmett, and Cornelius. Predeceased by her parents, Agnes and William Foley, her sister Carlotta and her brothers Pat and Jimmy.

Born and raised in Gatineau, Quebec, on a farm with her big family, Clair found herself moving and settling down in Hamilton. Clair was a hard-working woman, not only raising two of her own kids by herself, but being a strong influence in her grandchildren's lives. She loved gardening, The Price Is Right, morning newspaper crosswords, and a good cup of Tetley tea.

Visitation will be held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Thursday, August 1, 2024 from 12-1 p.m. A Celebration of Clair’s life will be held immediately following in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
