Obituary of John (Jack) Heugh

HEUGH, John (Jack) Saturday, December 19, 2009 Shirley Monday, June 2, 2008 Together Again After a long difficult year, in his 84th year, Jack died at home on Saturday, December 19, 2009. He is finally with his beloved Shirl once again. Loving father of Nancy and her husband Vince Martinello. Grandfather of Mike (Leigh-Anne), Jenny (Andrew), Nan (Dave). Great-grandfather of Daniel, Marcus and Mirabella. Jack is also survived by his son John, who has been estranged for 10 years. At Jack’s request, there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment to follow. I would like to thank Dr. P. Andrus for his help with my parents care these last 2 years. Thanks to Kerri-Ann (VON). I couldn’t have made it through this last year without your help. Thanks also to Stephanie (PSW) and to Tony for all the coffee runs and more. Thank you to my dear Vince for letting my parents live with us these past 25 years, and for all your help, caring for them and allowing them to die in comfort in our home and theirs. Mike, Jenny and Nan, remember always all of the fun Happy Hours at Journey’s End. My family and I have countless memories to keep us going for our lifetime. This past year has been very hard on Dad, he tried his best but couldn’t do it alone. I feel good that I was able to grant my Mom her dying wish. “Who is going to take care of your Father?”. My heart feels content knowing that my Dad is finally together with the love of his life. You will both be in my heart forever Love Nancy Cheers Grandma and Grandpa We will Miss you.
