It is with heavy hearts the family announce the peaceful passing of Ronald Bernard McKenzie at age 83 on April 29, 2024.

Ron was predeceased by his loving wife Mary (Dorrie), Parents Helen and Ron and sister Annette. Leaving behind his broken hearted children, Kim (Brian), Jodi (Brian), Rhonda (Jeff). Sadly missed by grandchildren Nicole (Jamie), McKenzie (Paul), Jorden and Ronnie and great-grandchildren Mason, Rayna, Travis, Tayven, his sisters Kathy, Sue (Pat) and brother Rick, sister-in-law Sharon and brother-in-law Jim. He will be lovingly remembered by many family and friends.

Our family will be forever grateful to Dad’s sweetie, Dianne Denver, for the loving companionship they shared over the last 4 years.

Dad was from Bear River, Nova Scotia, a place forever dear to his heart. He loved fishing, the casino, and a good joke. As per Dad’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
