Obituary of Sheila Henderson

HENDERSON, Sheila (Rathburn) At the Hamilton General Hospital on Thursday, January 1, 2009, of Stoney Creek in her 68th year. Beloved wife of William (Bill) Henderson. Beloved mother of Bryce, Barbara and her husband Charlie Anger, Brian and Vaughn. Loving grandmother of ten grandchildren and one great-grandson. Loved daughter of Barbara Wilson and daughter-in-law of Marjory Bygrave. Dear sister of Sharon and her husband Bob Hammond and Diane and her husband Lawrence McKenna. Sheila was an active volunteer for the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #622 Stoney Creek. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, January 3rd at 3 p.m. Cremation will follow. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
