Obituary of Neil Edward Clark

August 16, 1950 - March 11, 2024

Our hero, Neil Edward Clark passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side on March 11, 2024. 

Neil will be missed deeply and cherished always by his loving wife of 55 years, Diane Clark (Lady Di) of Glace Bay, N.S.  Best dad ever to son, Bradley Clark (Kim Bell) of Calgary, A.B.,daughters Tina Brisson (Richadrd Brisson), Sandra Kane (George Kane) of Stoney Creek, ON.  Proud Papa to Noah Clark, Maddison Brisson, George Kane Jr., Kingston Kane, Tyler Clark and Ireland Kane.

Predeceased by his parents James and Catherine Clark and brothers Arnold (residing Vangie) Lloyd and Blaise Clark all of Glace Bay, N.S.

Forever cherished best friend, Keith Oliver "how you doing today Edward".

Neil was employed with Hamilton Housing for over 30 years, where he will be remembered for his love, generosity and compassion towards families. A positive role model and father figure towards many kids growing up.

Neil was a member of Scenic Woods Golf and Country Club and will be treasured and missed by dear friends. Neil enjoyed fishing and alwasy liked a good competition on who caught the most and biggest fish and loved a good poker game. "All In"  Neil was a proud owner of Standard Bred horses and enjoyed his time at the Paddock.

Dad, our lives will be changed forever. Your bravery will be instilled within our hearts as we continue your legacy Rest Easy Pops.

A private family service and memorial will be held.  Thank you to all the doctors and nurses at the Juravinski Hospital.  Much appreciation to our palliative care nurses Clarissa, Rachel and Melissa from Bayshore nursing.
