Obituary of Linda Mary Woods

With hearts filled with love and immense admiration, we share the passing of our incredible and cherished wife, mother and grandmother, Linda Mary Woods. Linda passed away peacefully, surrounded by love with family and friends on March 4^th 2024, after a fierce, courageous and determined fight.

Cherished wife of 51 years of David Brian Woods, adored mother of Brad and Katie, grandma of her beloved Clare.

Loved dearly by her family and friends, sister-in-law to Barry and Linda Woods, Bob and Debbie Woods, cousin to Scott and Gail Stirling, Randy and Cheryl Stirling, Leslie and David Spadaro, niece to Bill Kedziora and loved by her many nieces and nephews.

Dearest friend of Marge and Lyle Huntley, Linda and Joe Devellano, Debbie and Keith Germaney, Pat and George Perrett, Norma and Joel Higgs, and Margaret Speakman.

Thank you to our neighbors for their constant support and generosity. Thank you to those who cared for Linda throughout her battle at Juravinski Hospital.

Linda’s love for family and friends will last in the hearts of everyone who knew her, always.

Visitation will take place at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday, March 17, 2024, from 1-4 p.m.Family memories will be shared at 2:30 p.m.  A Celebration of Life will follow at a later date. In place of flowers donations can kindly be made in Linda’s name to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice.
