Obituary of Steven Baran

January 2, 1925 – January 21, 2024

Passed away peacefully at Juravinski Hospital. Loving husband of Margaret for 71 years. Proud father of Kathie (Dirk), Susan, Ron (Noell) and forever son-in-law Danny. He will be greatly missed by his 6 grandchildren Derek (Kristy), Kris (Chantelle), Krystal (Mike), Tiffany (Greg), Celina, Makayla (Blake) and by 7 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Jimmy (Glenda) and the late Peter (late Anne).

Steve was a tool and die maker and a jack of all trades. He was a very proud and devoted Air Force Veteran of WWII. Thank you to the staff on Ward B3, and a special thank you to his great neighbours.

Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 12 noon in the Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation to follow.
