Glenys is a beautiful soul - she worked so hard in her community to care for others. I had the pleasure of meeting her through my work with the Glanbrook Gazette. We initially met her as Mrs. Claus with Santa, too!
Both Darold and Glenys welcomed us like family into their home, or when I pulled over to say hi. Always some cookies or a treat offered. Glenys was fascinated with my 4 year old daughter, who was fascinated by the amazing front window, watching the birds come to get a snack, so patiently. We ended up staying longer and coming by again to visit.
Everytime I go to the Bin or drive past their home, I remember both of them fondly.
My condolences for your loss. She will be missed.
