Dear Ann, Cynthia and Sandra, We are sorry to hear about Paul. We remember one special evening when your dad and Ann took us out for a Japanese dinner in Toronto. Lots of good memories of Paul over many years. Our condolences to Ann, Cynthia and Sandra. We celebrated many Birthdays with Paul because he was born January 4th, and Madeline on January 31st in the same year. Remembering his humour, Madeline sent him an email saying "Roses are red ,violets are blue, ha ha ha ,I'm much younger than you! His immediate reply was, yeah, but I'm smarter! We all got a good laugh from his quick whitted reply. We are saddened by the loss of such a fine man and friend, but know that he is now in a better place, with his Lord. When we remember Paul we think of a quiet gentle man who was always ready to serve others. He was a behind the scenes man who did not look for the praise of man but served so many people in so many ways. You are in our prayers Ann and girls!

Our sincere condolence to Ann and the Makino family. We have known Ann and Paul for many years. Paul was a quiet gentleman, a devout Christian who was very friendly. He will be missed by his many friends.
