Remembering Dianne as a friend and from Glanbrook Community Services exercise classes. Dianne was always at class early, always welcoming to the regulars and new visitors, or offering a ride to or from class. She made us laugh even when she wasn't 'up-to' serious exercise some days. She will be missed so much. Her 'quips' and side comments during class, were just what we needed to keep us moving. There will be an empty spot on the exercise floor and a empty spot in my heart, as well as with others.
Peace to the family - she will always be remembered.

Dianne and I have spent countless hours over the past 5 years exchanging stories of our lives and drinking endless cups of coffee laced with Bailey's Irish Cream and don't forget Dianne's turbinado sugar. Dianne and Rose drove to exercise class twice a week and Chair Yoga on Friday's, all for fun and fellowship with the other participants. The Quilter's Guild was once a month. Dianne also loved attending the theatre and dinner with special friends. Dianne did not know how to show up without something in her hands; be it, cookies, a carrot cake or a container of homemade soup. She visited friends who were unable to visit her. Dianne hosted target shooting parties on her land and fed the shooters. Her door was always open to neighbours and friends. She delighted in finding new recipes to try on Jeff, Steven and Evan. Her cooking did not disappoint. Dianne would plant tomato seeds and put the containers in front of her living room window to catch the warm sunlight. Once they sprouted, she would talk to them every morning and they would thrive in response. She was proud of being able to help Wayne build their house and she knew her way around the tool shed. I will miss her company and conversation, her smile, her laugh and her hugs. Rest peacefully, dear friend.
My sincere condolences to Dianne's family. She was a very special lady.

I first met Dianne when I moved to Binbrook 8 years ago and she was immediately welcoming and friendly. I soon learned that Dianne was the Lady who was the first to offer help and care to anyone who was in need. And, she did this with sincere compassion along with much fun and laughter. I will forever remember the fond memories I have of this sweet soul. My most sincere condolences to all her family of which she always spoke so proudly of. She will be so missed in all our lives. We know that neighbours are a significant part of your life, bringing you joy, smiles and support. We were grateful to have known Dianne. Her enormous laughter, delicious baking, and spectacular smiles were missed when we moved from Guyatt this past summer. Hearing of her passing makes our memories much more valuable. Sending heartfelt condolences.
