Obituary of Kenneth Hayward

HAYWARD, Kenneth Peacefully at the Henderson General Hospital with his family by his side, on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at the age of 61. Beloved husband of Patricia. Loving father of Jay (Vanessa), Shelley (Scott Anderson). Loved Grandpa of Ella and Anson, and Elliott and Kinsley. Dear brother of Helen (Ralph Mason) and brother-in- law of Dianne Hayward. Predeceased by his parents Norman and Leta and his brother Harvey. Will be missed by his extended family and many dear friends. Ken was a retired employee of Dofasco with over 34 years of service. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Friday from 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday from 1 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the Funeral Home chapel at 2 p.m. In Ken’s memory, donations to the Alzheimer Society, Diabetes Society or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
