Obituary of Alfred Edward Chappell

Passed away peacefully on Friday, November 18, 2023, in his 101st year. Predeceased by beloved wife Ivy Chappell of 67 years, son Brad, daughter Brenda, grandson Derek along with 11 brothers and sisters. Loving father of Steven (Susan). Cherished grandad of Rachelle Twose (Zach), Jessica Taylor (Nate) and great-grandad to James Taylor, Selena Twose, and Liam Taylor. 

Alfred lived a full life, was a World War II veteran, hard working, well travelled and loved his family more than anything. He will be dearly missed, and his memories will not be forgotten. 

Cremation has taken place. Friends and family will be received at Stoney Creek Baptist Church. 79 Collegiate Ave., Stoney Creek on Sunday, December 3rd for a Funeral Service which will begin at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
