Obituary of Margaret Ann Bennett

At the Hamilton General Hospital on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, in her 81st year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Neil (2008). Loving mother of Shara Carte (Jammie) and Alisa Infanti (Louie). Cherished grandmother of Owen and Avery Carte, Olivia and Zachery Infanti. Dear sister of Audrey Preston (Dave) and predeceased by siblings Joan Vyce (Herbert) and Hugh McFeeters (Lillian). Margaret was the dearest friend of Lorena McAvella (Marty), Doreen and Bill Bouwhuis, Sandra Vanni and Carol Boult.

Margaret loved to laugh and make everyone welcome. She was a strong determined woman and will be missed always.

Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Margaret’s Life will be held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Saturday, November 4th from 2-4 p.m. A private interment will take place later.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society or the S.P.C.A. would be appreciated by the family.
