Nonna always made me feel welcome and loved, from the very beginning. She was funny, kind, caring and so incredibly hard working. Every story I was told about her or by her articulates exactly that, and I will forever hold these stories close to my heart. This is such a devastating loss. She will be so missed, and in our hearts forever. Sending all my love to to the family. ❤️

My second mother.. I will miss hearing Alana you Always made me feel like part of the family from day one.. You always made sure everyone was taken care of before yourself. You worked so hard and asked for nothing in return. I was always so proud of you and told everyone that my mother in law was the best. Rest easy mom Love ALANA.

✓ Mom I know your at peace now but selfishly I wish I could have one more day; day to hear your voice, to see your face light up when you see your grandchildren or great grandchildren. Day to enjoy a meal with you. Day to watch you hug your timmies coffee for the warmth. You have been my # 1 priority and while hard at times, I would do it all again and more to just have one more day. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers. I love you mom.

My Nonna was an amazing woman. She taught me how to work hard, she taught me what unconditional love is, she taught me how to make the best food, she showed me that ginger ale can heal any ailment! She showed me how beautiful nature is, how every living thing has value and is deserving of care. She taught me what grows in each season, that when your guests come over to make sure you put out the good wine and the good cheese, how to pick the best vegetables at the grocery store, how to drive a tractor and build a tree swing. She was my first and last best friend. We had a bond that no one can ever imagine or understand. My world is shattered and a piece of my heart is missing. It will never be whole again without her. I am so lucky I got to spend 24 years with her. No time would ever be enough. Ti amo in giro per il mondo e ritorno. Fino a quando ci incontriamo di nuovo. Xoxo
