Obituary of Dosta Ciganovic

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dosta Ciganovic (nee Struminikovski), peacefully on Friday, October 13th at Shalom Village in Hamilton.  Dosta was predeceased by her husband Djuro Ciganovic.  Dosta was born in the village of Dolno Dupeni, Macedonia on November 3, 1925 to Risto and Petra Struminikovski. Dosta came to Canada in 1958 and while living in Windsor she met Djuro.  They married and moved to Hamilton where they lived a long and happy life together.  Dosta had many friends in Hamilton and never forgot her family back home. She will be missed by her extended family and friends.

Viewing on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at St. Nikola Serbian Orthodox Church, 149 Nash Road South, Hamilton. Church Service at 11 a.m.

Burial following church service at Woodland Cemetery - 700 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington.

After the burial, family and friends are invited back to the church for  lunch.
