Carol and I met in high school and became first friends lasting through the birth of some of our children. She was a great support to me in those early years. and although she moved away and we lost touch, I still think of her from time to time and I was so sorry to hear that she had passed. I still remember the very first day I met you, Kenneth and your family, when Mom and Dad brought Gilles and I home to live on Lawrence Ave. You were a bright, shiny, sassy, young girl, and you will always be that in my heart. Although we lost touch with each other over the years, our Moms always kept in touch and it always felt like we did too. You always had a smile, a quick wit, and a big heart. You were definitely gone too soon, and will be dearly missed. Love you my friend, and keep on bein' sassy!

I met Carolyn through her Daughter Angela whom I am still best friends with 24 years later. Carolyn was always loving and very supportive of me in a time not many were. She was the type of mom that other neighborhood kids would also call mom. She had a great sense of humor and we would always joke and laugh with each other. Too all her friends and loving family I am so sorry for your loss, and it's still hard to deal with the fact that you are no longer with us. Just remember that death is not an end, but a transition to the great beyond and that we all will be reunited with our loved ones when it's our time. Rest in peace Carolyn

To my beautiful mother. You were a wonderful person, a shining light. It always amazed me what an outgoing, positive and warm person you were. I always wished I could have been more like you. I hope that you know how many lives you touched with your heart. You will truly be missed. I love you.
