Dear family - Thinking of you all and our family's close connections to yours. I can still hear your mom and dad's voices and remember our many shared neighbour activities.I had a job babsitting you children when your parents got away on a short vacation - of course grandma and Grandpa (Marjorie and Derwell) were right there as well. I also was hired ($2.00 to run the Birthday party games )The old party phone line was sometimes a problem. Marion would tell us to get off the line so she could use it. Once Joanne was talking to her boyfriend George and Marion came on the line. These two teens made up a fake story about an elopement plan. I guess they didn't fool Marion. Sadly, Joanne died this past February. Her ashes are buried with mom and dad in North Glanford. I will pay my respects and visit to your parents grave when I go out there. I will talk to Eleanor and Leonard about Marion's passing. With Love Linda (Gibson) Palmer

I remember Mrs. Harrison always laughing. For a few years, she was our school bus driver for both Jessica and Mark.
She always had a smile, until someone was caught misbehaving. They received a gentle warning and a wink.
Whenever I drive down Dickenson Road and the cemetery, I'll give her a hearty hello.

To the family of Marion Harrison,
As former members of the Mount Hope Community, we fondly remember Marion. The schools bus driver of Mount Hope School who enjoyed her job and her passengers ; Marion, could keep the kids in order but love them at the same time. The choir member of Mount Hope United Church; Marion loved her Church and contributed wherever she was needed. As a parent;
Marion raised her kids to respect each other and to enjoy life. She was proud of her kids.
Her smile is a lasting memory for us.
Warmly
Betty and Brad Berry
